Sorgo Anlagenbau and its distribution partner Bertsch-Laska successfully in Russia

In close cooperation with Bertschlaska, Sorgo Anlagenbau could realize a pioneering greenfield project for the renowned breeding and processing company Ariantagro in Chelyabinsk (Southern Urals / Russia). Ariantagro has been producing meat products in Chelyabinsk for almost thirty years. In early 2011, Bertschlaska was commissioned with the planning of a new greenfield project. In July 2014, all delivered Sorgo-units were successfully put into operation for all thermal processes of the company: smoking, cooking, roasting and intensive cooling systems, as well as drying and maturing systems for the production of salami and cured products. Our customers have expressed their gratitude for the good cooperation as well as their satisfaction with our products. This modern processing plant is regarded as a milestone of Russian sausage processing industry. On an area of 13.000 square metres, up to 100 tons of meat and sausage products can be produced in a single-shift.
